i agree that i will use a fee paid email account to join the daystate owners club. hotmail, yahoo and other free to use accounts will result in a message stating that your account is black listed. please do not contact the admin to ask why you get this message. i agree to at least attempt to input into the site and that any power increase or anti tamper threads will result in a warning then a ban. i agree to a 3 strikes and out system is in place and that upon my 4th warning, my account will be deleted.
